Role Mastery

Leading is a multidimensional function, it needs knowledge and understanding of the needs of the organization. As a leader., You must master various roles needed to deal with people who differ with different expertise and efficiency issues. (Think carefully about the best way to behave in every situation)

Thorough attention
The role of a leader is being materially different to a manager. A leader should focus on the implementation of specific tasks, while the leader must act as a grand, strategic, directing the game, have different talents, skills, and perhaps in some more prominent than others. To be successful you have to play some role, use the higher level of skill and leadership style according to tasks, situations and people involved. (Concentration on the job, do not show that you are the person on duty) 


Being Administrator
Administration is the key role of a leader, and the development of the many roles now demanded. Modern administration is expected to creatively think about the process and create activities to be more efficient, not only for the smooth running of the end of the procedure but also improve efficiency. Get the best from your team. Organize time to minimize wasted time and improve productivity. Reduce paper work, usually more effective directly related. Contact which parts of the tasks that can be observed at once that is underway, and at the end. 


Becoming a Strategic
As a leader you need to focus on broad issues that may affect the effectiveness of your team work, business from day to day work of subordinates. Together the team, plan what you want to achieve with timely and describe the objectives and targets an affordable, convinced that every person aware of his responsibilities. The problem is not expected to require adjustments to the elements of planning, therefore, provide space for revision. (Make sure to tick the task of leadership and you do)
