Determining Standards
Before you and your staff to obtain quality objectives, explain your expectations: how something should be done and the standards to be achieved. Set standards and job expectations are clearly communicated to staff communication. Emphasize your own commitment and encouragement that achieving excellence is everyone's responsibility.
Improvement Standards
Maintenance and additions to the standard is a continuous process involving everyone, give encouragement to the staff in analyzing the problem dab together to find solutions. Involve them in finding the road, improving products, processes, and performance. If necessary, draw up the necessary research.
